Music Hiatus

It’s no surprise that inspiration ebbs and flows. Since the pandemic, I’ve definitely been in an ebb. I think about the second album often and want to find the right words to write. I’m glad I at least have the concept of the album down. Epiphany! has to do with kindness to people, pets, the environment, and yourself.

It also comes down to money. What can I afford to do at this time? I can write a lot, but studio time takes money and although I’ve seen no real profit from my kid’s music, as if that’s really even the point, I’d still love to get the money invested in this project, in a return. Despite this, music remains crucial to my life.

I use this creativity to focus on the the highest impact and reach. Right now, that impact is through my startup company, PopCykol, a company for kids focused on internet safety and security awareness. If you haven’t checked it out, please visit my business website, www.popcykol.com. There’s also our affiliated online school platform, www.popcykool.com. It’s there that I’m putting 100% of my attention.

I make music for kids because I love it. PopCykol (pronounced ‘popsicle’) is no different. I absolutely love what I do. The music is not going anywhere, but the creative flow as it were is just being diverted to PopCykol. Let us help you keep you and your family, kids and loved ones safe online.
